| We are able to design and manufacture a range of press tools,mould tools and general jigs and fixtures. Press tooling can be tested on our own power press machinery with a capacity to 40 tonnes and utilising our C.N.C. machinery and cad cam software we can acheive the fine tolerances required to produce effective tooling

Stand alone press tooling
|
| This is an example of a stand alone press tool designed to orientate and pierce a series of components. The machine is linked to an injection moulding machine and is loaded and unloaded via a robotic arm.
