Purpose built machinery

| We offer an extensive design service enabling us to produce
machinery in accordance with our customers requirements. Much of the time
this involves automating a process wich can be labour intensive and unprofitable.
Designs are carried out on a proffessional cad system and full drawings
for both design and manufacturing are produced. |
Automatic tube drilling and end-capping machine

Here we have an example of the type of machinery
which we have designed and built.

| Without going into too much detail the
basic requirements were to enable a batch of tubes of length varying fromm
100mm to 1000mm to have a number of holes drilled in them and caps fitted
on either end. |

|
| As you can see from the photographs to enable a full automation
of the process the tubes are stacked on a gravity feeder and the end caps
travel through a bowl feed to ensure they are correctly orientated before
being placed on either end of the tube. |

|
| The example of machinery below utilises a sophisticated electronic
control system to oversee its pneumatic functions and operating programs. |
|
Not all of the machines we manufacture are
this complex and the range of designs which we produce are varied. Our
golden rule is to work together with our customers to meet their requirements.
